For reservations, specify the type of apartment that you want to
reserve and the dates of your stay. Within 24 hours of receipt you will
receive an answer about availability of apartments.
Guaranteed reservation requires confirmation credit card or a deposit
equivalent daily cost of living sent by Western Union. To do this, you
will receive a special form, which after filling is sent to us by fax
or postal address for the translation. In case of cancellation of
reservation less than 72 hours before arrival, daily room rate charged
to your credit card in the form of penalties. Deposit, less the cost of
bank transfer shall be surrendered only with the timely cancellation of
reservations.
If you can not confirm your reservation either
by credit card, no deposit, reserve any apartment can be given to
customers, progarantirovavshim your reservation accordingly. In this
case, not later than 24 hours before arrival, you'll be sent a formal
message of cancellation of your booking.
