Payment and Bookings in Kerch Apartment Service

• We advise You to make your reservation a week before your arrival date.
• The payment can be made in Ukrainian Grivnas (UA), in EUROS on arrival, by credit or debit cards or by bank transfer (please ask our bank details from reservation e-mail hotels.kerch@mail.ru). In case you have to make prepayment 40%, its should be made after booking is confirmed. The rest of apartment charges are required latest on your arrival.
• If you would like to extend your stay at the apartment, please allow Kerch Apartment Service to extend your room password as well.

Check in and Check out time

• The check-in time is agreed each time individually.
• The keys or the code of the apartment are handed over at the time and place which has been agreed in advance.
• The password is personal and confidential. The guest is responsible for the safety of his/her code.
• The apartment should be freed by at least 12.00 o'clock on the day of departure if it has not been agreed differently.

 Apartments rates

• All apartments rates are published on kerchapservice.at.ua
• Please note all prices may be subject to change.
• Published prices include fresh linen, towels and soap.
• Published prices include change fresh bed linen and towels once a week
• High season is Summer (15 May-15 September), Christmas and New Year (21 Detsember-15 January), Easters

Kerch Apartment Service rules

• When leaving your room, make sure you door is closed properly.
• Do not let strangers into your room.
• Please do not smoke in the apartment.
• Any loss or damage caused by the guest should be informed to Kerch Apartment Service and be compensated in case the guest is found guilty.
• Kerch Apartment Service does not have any responsibility for loss of guest personal belongings in the apartment.
• All apartments will be supplied with fresh linen and towels once a week.
• In Ukraine peace and quiet are required from 11.00 pm. Please respect the rules of the country.
• Kerch Apartment Service offers benefits for loyal customer.

Cancellation policy

• Pilve Apartment Hotel is not responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays.
• Cancellation of the booking at least 14 (fourteen) days before the arrival of the advance shall be returned in full.
• 3 to 13 (thirteen) days prior to arrival, the customer must pay a cancelation charge of 40% of the total accommodation.
• If the customer cancels 0 to 48 hours before the confirmed booking date, the customer must pay 100% of the total booking fee.
• Pilve Apartment Hotel retains the right to deduct from your credit card any fees under the terms of these conditions.
• If an advance booking of 40% has been paid by bank transfer of the total accommodation fees, and cancels up to 48 hours prior to arrival, the customer shall be liable for and invoiced for the additional 60%.
• In order to avoid any expenses accrued from a cancelled trip we advise you to buy proper travel insurance.
• Important: The minimum age for making reservations is 18.
